Join us on the 1st Sunday of every month for a day to discover the tools to nurture your well-being and find inner harmony. We will have a gentle YIN Yoga class followed by Savasanna & group reiki. This is a sample of our signature Soul Care Session, our typical session runs 2.5hours.
